Budi County Commissioner, Morris Merisia Kaunda has confirmed the killing of three boys while herding goats and sheep at Korobong area where the attacker’s used knifes to kill the young boys aged between 15 and nine.
They were identified as Paul Lguli Rikamoi and Lobalu Lochilamonong were 15 years old and Ochi Amute Lotede aged nine years old.
According to County health officials, late Paul Lguli Rikamoi died he was admitted at the Chukudum NPA Hospital for treatment with the other twi having died instantly from the attack.
The raided goats and sheep belonged to Jamus Lochilamonong and Amute Lotede and the officials suspect the raiders were from Ikwoto County as they managed to cross River Kidopo toward Ikwoto County with the stolen animals.
The commissioner has sent a condolences message to the bereaved families and calls on community at large to remain calm as the authorities’ pursue the suspects.
