South Sudan most leading airliner Golden Wing Aviation will soon extend its daily flights to Lakes State Capital Rumbek.

WAU August 6, 2015 [Gurtong] – The move of the aviation was announced on Thursday by its management in Wau during the marking of it first year operation in Western Bahr el Ghazal State.

Wol Charles an aviation Director in Wau said the jet will soon start its commercial service operation between Juba and Rumbek as soon.

Golden Wing jet, which operates six times a week between Juba and Wau started its operations in Western Bahr el Ghazal State on 6th August 2014.

Wau Airport Director, Daniel Nhial acknowledged that since the beginning of Golden Wing in Wau, the airport has now gained momentum in its collection of revenue and it has increased the number of employees.

“We have now adopted a quick system that the flights will be taking off on time as part of improving our work at the airport,” he said.
