Narendra ModiThe continuous battle between Kamala Beniwal, Gujarat Governor, and Congress on one side and Chief Minister Narendra Modi on the other side is not likely to end.

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Modi have been alleging the Governor. The primary allegation is that of the problems raised by the Governor for the state government. Modi and BJP say that the Governor is taking one-sided actions which are creating problems for the state government. This has been claimed that the Governor’s moves have the approval of top Congress leaders.

This particular argument between Modi and the Governor is observed as the beginning of the countdown to the 2012 Assembly elections in the state.

Modi is witnessed as a clean and hard working leader. But in spite of this fact his opponents claim that he should be put on trial on account of 2002 Gujarat riots.

On the other hand, the BJP is seen as having a strong foothold in the state with the Congress unable to cause an alternative to Modi.

On Sunday, Modi claimed that the Governor was acting on the order of the Congress to destabilize his government.

"Friends of the Congress are trying to run a second government in Gujarat through the Governor. People have been forced to come out on the streets to protest the conspiracy to dislodge my government," said Modi while addressing to massive rally.
