Son of Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gillani, Ali Musa Gillani has refused to come to Pakistan for the time being as he could not get his pre-arrest bail on Friday.

Due to the notice sent by Supreme Court to Ali Musa Gillani for which he did not appear before the court on the designated date, Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) has decided to arrest him on his arrival to Pakistan to ensure that the proceedings of the case are not hampered anymore. On the other hand, Ali Musa Gillani has postponed his trip back to Pakistan, despite his father instructing him to be back in Pakistan in the least possible time in front of media, as his lawyer has yet not been successful in attaining the pre-arrest bail.

Ali Musa Gillani has been named in the banned chemical case of Ephedrine in Pakistan. He is facing charges in the Supreme Court alongside the secretary of ANF who has been accused to trying to hamper investigations taking place at ANF to make sure the name of the son of the Prime Minister does not surface. Ali Musa Gillani was supposed to arrive in Pakistan on Friday however much to the surprise of the counsel of Prime Minister who was at the airport to receive him; he did not come on his flight. A little while later, the lawyer of Musa spoke to the media and announced that his trip has been postponed and he will be filing for pre-arrest bail in the apex court at the earliest. However, he did not mention any date.
