Malaysia Airlines (MAS) which is already going through a troubled time is now getting sued by an actress for allegedly posting her flight details on the social networking site, Facebook. The pictures of her and her boyfriend’s boarding pass were found on a page made on Facebook.

The actress known as Hanez Suraya Abdul Aziz, 28, and her boyfriend Romie Razin Adilha Abd Jais, 34, informed that hours after they had landed in Bangkok on the 20th of April, they were told by friends that parts of their boarding passes were posted on a Facebook account known as “Kami Sokong Liyana Manan” (We Support Liyana Manan). (Liyana is Romie’s wife and they are in the midst of divorce proceedings.) A local newspaper quoted Hanez that they boarded the MAS flight at KL International Airport to Bangkok at about noon and had given their boarding passes to MAS staff at the departure gate.

The actress said that she found about thousand negative comments against her and her boyfriend.. Hanez said the suit was filed at the High Court registry today through her lawyer Wan Nurliyana Abdul Rahman. She also told reporters that her privacy had been invaded. “This is a question of intrusion over my privacy and security of my details as a MAS passenger. It has caused uproar in the internet and the subject became talk of the town,” she was quoted as saying.
