The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest on Tuesday, May 17, 2011, in regards to a criminal harassment and indecent exposure investigation.
It is alleged that:
– between April 1, 2011 and May 17, 2011, the accused was watching and, on two occasions, exposed himself to a young girl,
– the incidents took place in the Royal York Road/Lakeshore Boulevard West area.
Police believe that there maybe other victims.
A 47-year-old man has been charged with:
1. Criminal Harassment,
2. two counts of Exposure to Person Under the age of 16,
3. two counts of Indecent Act.
The accused is described as white, 5’9", 160 lbs., with a medium build, short receding grey/white hair and was unshaven with several days of white facial hair growth.
