The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Ru Guo Li, 84, was last seen on Thursday, July 14, 2011, at 5:40 p.m., in the Queen Street East/River Street area.
He is described as 5’6”, with grey/white hair and a thin build. He was last seen wearing a white dress shirt with faded thin-blue lines, black dress pants and a red/magenta straw hat.
Police are concerned for his safety.
