The Hamilton Police Service is alerting the community after a Hamilton woman was arrested and charged with Sexual Assault.

April Dawn BULLOCK, 30 years of age of Hamilton has a medical condition requiring notice to sexual partners of her medical condition prior to sexual contact. To do otherwise substantiates an offence of Sexual Assault.

Hamilton Police received information that BULLOCK was allegedly participating in sexual encounters and not providing notice to her sexual partners. The allegation was investigated by the Hamilton Police Service Victims of Crime Unit, and on July 14th, 2011, April BULLOCK was arrested and held for a bail hearing, facing a charge of Sexual Assault.

It is highly recommended that anyone having sexual contact with her since 1997, to please contact their medical practitioner immediately.
