On Thursday, May 26, 2011, at 10:16 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the Victoria Park Avenue/Finch Avenue East area.

On Friday, July 28, 2011, Raphael Okezie, 20, of Toronto, has been charged with:

1) First Degree Murder.

He was scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East, on Friday, July 29, 2011, room 412, at 10 a.m.

Henok Mebratu, 18, of Toronto, is still wanted for:

1) First Degree Murder.

Do not approach him as he is considered armed and dangerous. Call 9-1-1 if you know his whereabouts.
