The victim, a 20 year-old female Brampton resident, alleged that the suspect, a registered massage therapist employed at a clinic located on Mountainash Road, in Brampton, sexually assaulted her during her massage appointments.
No further details of the assaults will be provided, to protect the integrity of the ongoing investigation.
On Tuesday, August 9, 2011, Mr. Watana CHOWATTANAKUL, a 50 year-old resident of Toronto, was arrested and charged with two counts of Sexual Assault. He is scheduled to appear before a Justice, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton, on September 15, 2011.
Investigators are concerned that there may be additional victims who may have been victimized by Mr. CHOWATTANAKUL in the past. They are asking anyone who may have been victimized in this manner previously, or who may have information related to this investigation, to contact investigators.
