On Tuesday, August 9, 2011, a man was arrested in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– during 2011, while the man was a teacher at St. John the Evangelist Catholic School, he sexually assaulted a student, a 13-year-old girl.
On Tuesday, August 9, 2011, Orlando Fusaro, 37, of Woodbridge, was arrested and charged with:
1) Sexual Assault,
2) Sexual Interference.
Police believe there may be more victims.
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, August 10, 2011, room 306, at 10 a.m.
