Sarah Palin seems to have found new support from the mainstream media. Why? Right after the publication of The Rogue: Searching for the Real Sarah Palin by Joe McGinniss the news channels, movies and even renowned newspapers are up on Palins side denouncing The Rogue completely.
Reviewer Janet Maslin called “The Rogue” a work of “caustic, unsubstantiated gossip.” He also said, “‘The Rogue’ is too busy being nasty to be lucid.”
The book states that Palin had a tryst with the basketball star Glen Rice, when he was in Alaska to play with his team. This was back in 1987. According to sources, the authenticity of this incident is shady. This is because back in 1987 Sarah Palin was Sarah Heath, an unmarried TV Sports reporter. This incident is nearly twenty five years ago and this did not involve today’s Sarah Palin.
Palin has been known to criticize today’s mainstream media by calling it lamestream media. She states in a facebook post that “The ‘mainstream’ media isn’t mainstream anymore. That’s why I call it ‘lamestream,’ and the LSM is becoming quite irrelevant, as it is no longer the sole gatekeeper of information.”
Mark McKinnon, the GOP consultant, former George W. Bush adviser and onetime Sarah Palin debate coach, there’s only one simple explanation. “Sometimes trash is trash,” he said, “and you have to call it for what it is no matter who it comes from or who it’s about.”
