Mountie search for two missing Falmouth males

A search for 2 males who went missing near Falmouth, Nova Scotia is currently underway.

On October 30, 2011, a 28-year-old male and a 22-year-old male went off-roading in a 4X4 vehicle near Falmouth in Hants County, Nova Scotia.  The vehicle is described as a black and green 2004 Jeep.  The men left around noon and expected to be gone for about an hour.  RCMP were notified around 7:00 p.m.  At that time, West Hants and Valley Ground Search and Rescue were called in.  Windsor Fire Department and Department of Natural Resources also assisted in the search.  At approximately 8:00 a.m. this morning, the Department of Natural Resources helicopter and Halifax Ground Search and Rescue arrived to help with the search.

28-year old Mark Hilchey is one of the missing men.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a Windsor Fire Department jacket and a hoodie.  The other man is 22-year-old Jordan Stevens.  He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a hoodie and work boots.  

Anyone with information on the two missing men is asked to contact police.

 
Update: At approximately 10:30 a.m. this morning, the two missing men were located by a forestry worker.  They were taken out of the woods by Halifax Ground Search and Rescue.  The men spent the night in a camp in the woods.  They did not require medical attention.
