On Monday, November 1, 2011, police arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, a 20-year-old woman attended the Toronto Poly Clinic, 5460 Yonge Street, unit 204, for an appointment with the accused,
– during the appointment, the accused, a doctor of natural medicine, sexually assaulted her.
Ali Rahmanian, 44, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Sexual Assault.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Thursday December 8, 2011, room 301, at 1 p.m.
