Members of the District 5 RCMP have arrested three individuals in connection with an arson investigation.
On October 31, 2011, shortly before 10 p.m., members of the Baie-Sainte-Anne Fire Department and the District 5 RCMP responded to a structure fire at an abandoned mobile home on Route 117 in Baie-Sainte-Anne. It’s believed the fire was deliberately set.
Arson charges are pending against a 15-year-old youth, an 18-year-old man, and a 19-year-old man in connection with the fire.
The investigation is ongoing and additional arrests are anticipated.
