On Wednesday, November 16, 2011, police arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– between Saturday, October 1, 2011 and Saturday, November 12, 2011, the accused sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl on five occassions, in Toronto.
It is further alleged that:
– on Saturday, November 12, 2011, at 6 a.m., the accused, along with another man, sexually assault the same girl.
Arshad Ahmad, 20, Toronto, has been charged with:
1) five counts of Sexual Assault,
2) three counts of Sexual Interference,
3) Assault
4) Threaten Bodily Harm
5) Gang Sexual Assault
6) five counts of Fail to comply Probation
He was scheduled to appear in College Park Courts, on Thursday, November 17, 2011, room 507, at 10 a.m.
The second suspect is described as 20, 5’5”-6”, thin to medium build, with dark-black hair.
Police believe there may be more victims.
