Investigators working out of the York Regional Police Crimes Against Children Unit have charged a Vaughan man in connection with the sexual assaults of two, nine-year-old children that occurred in the City of Vaughan.
On November 27, 2011, investigators with the Crimes Against Children Unit began an investigation intoallegations of sexual assaults involving two young nine-year-old males that occurred in September 2011 andagain in November 2011. Through investigation, it was revealed that both male victims were sexually assaulted by the accused during the time he was hired to babysit them.
Investigators are concerned there may be additional victims or persons with information relating to this accused and are urging them to come forward.
On Tuesday, November 29, 2011, the suspect was arrested without incident.

• Phillip Robbins, 22, of Vaughan
CHARGES:
• Sexual Assault x 2
• Sexual Interference x 2
The accused has been released from custody
