Bradford man Michael Bruce Greer facing charges in connection with a luring incident

Investigators working out of the York Regional Police Internet Child Exploitation Unit have charged a 29-year-old Bradford man with luring offences after an investigation that began mid-November.

As the result of the investigation, on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, officers executed a search warrant at a Bradford residence and arrested the 29-year-old without incident. Investigators believe there may be victims under the age of 16 who have had contact with the accused through his user name romeo6969123. They are urged to come forward.

– Michael Bruce Greer, 29, of Bradford

CHARGES:
– Luring to Facilitate Sexual Assault
– Luring to Facilitate Sexual Interference

Mr. Greer has been held in custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Newmarket sometime today.
