On Sunday, January 1, 2012, just after 1 p.m., police were called to a home on Airdrie Road for a missing−person call.
During the investigation, police located a deceased person inside the home.
On Sunday, January 1, 2012, Paul William Hindle, 46, of Toronto, was arrested and charged with:
1) Second Degree Murder.
The accused was scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at 2 p.m.
The identity of the victim has not been confirmed.
