The 69-year-old woman struck by a car in the parking lot of a business located at the corner of Main Street and Chapman Street in Moncton passed away in hospital on January 14, 2012.
The collision occurred on January 9, 2012. The Moncton woman was struck by a car as it was backing out of a parking space.
The name of the deceased is not being released at this time to allow for her family to be properly notified. The investigation is ongoing.
