The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Abdiraham Ismail, 20, also known as Abdi, was last seen on Monday, January 16, 2012, at 11:40 a.m., in the Finch Avenue East/Victoria Park Avenue area.
He is described as black, 4′ and 110 lbs. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket and black runners.
He functions at the level of a 10-year-old. Police are concerned for his safety.
Update: Abdiraham Ismail was located Monday, January 16, 2012, at 6:10 p.m.
