Calgary police investigating several linked up sexual assault incidents

The Calgary Police Service is investigating a sexual assault that may be linked to several indecent acts in southwest Calgary.
 
On Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012, at 2 p.m., a woman was waiting for a bus at 26 Avenue and 25 Street S.W., when she was approached by a man.
 
He grabbed at the woman, then pushed her to the ground. The victim fought back and screamed, and the man fled on foot.
 
He is described at Caucasian, 45 to 50 years-old, clean-shaven, with a tanned complexion, a thin build, dark eyes and shoulder length, messy, dark-grey hair . He was wearing a dark jacket, blue sweat pants and a black toque covering just the top of his head.
 
A sketch of the suspect has been completed.
 
Officers are currently investigating whether this incident is linked to several indecent acts that have been reported since February 17, 2012.
 
Between Friday, Feb. 17, and Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, there were five incidents reported, involving a man exposing himself to a woman, then fleeing the area. 
 
Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at 1:10 p.m., in the 300 block of 23 Ave. S.W.
Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at 6:50 p.m., in the 4000 block of 18 St. S.W.
Friday, Feb. 17, 2012, at 8 p.m., in the 2100  block of 33 Ave. S.W.
Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, at 5:30 p.m., in the 2300 block of 24B St. S.W.
Friday, Feb. 24, 2012, at 5:45 p.m., in the 2600 block of Crowchild Tr. S.W.
