London man Herbert Russell Baxter charged with child pornography

The London Police Cyber Crime Unit have arrested a London man after an Internet child pornography investigation that began in February.

On March 6, 2012 a search warrant was executed at a London residence and a computer system was seized. 

Charged with 4 counts of possession of child pornography, two counts of distribution of child pornography and one count of making available child pornography, is 67-year-old Herbert Russell Baxter.
