The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Fizan Mughal, 18, was last seen on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 1:30 p.m., in the Queen’s Quay West/Bathurst Street area.
He is described as brown, 6’, 150 lbs., with short, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a brown leather jacket, black denim pants and grey boots.
Police are concerned for his safety.
