The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 22 year old male – Roderick Sinclair.
Sinclair frequents downtown and was last seen in the Osborne Village area. He has not been seen since October 15, 2011.
Sinclair is described as: Aboriginal, 5’7” tall, 130lbs, short black brush cut hair and brown eyes. Sinclair has a large cross tattoo on his right shoulder and A-Rod on the left side of his neck.
