On Saturday, March 24th, 2012 at approximately 10:50 a.m., Winnipeg Police Service Division 13 uniform members were dispatched to an apartment complex within the 1200 block of Jefferson Avenue to check on the well-being of a resident.
Upon arrival, officers entered the suite and located two deceased individuals.
The investigation has been treated as a domestic related incident. The two deceased have been identified as: Renelle Nonato, 28 years and Julito Nonato, 32 years.
Family notifications have been completed.
No further information will be released regarding this matter.
