Houston police are investigating the fatal shooting of one male and wounding of another at 16826 City View Drive about 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday (April 11).
One victim, Xavier Davon Glover, 18, of the above address, was pronounced dead at the scene. A second male, David Wayne Shrepee, 31, suffered a non life-threatening gunshot wound and was transported to Houston Northwest Medical Center.
HPD Homicide Division Sergeant W. Elsbury and Senior Police Officer R. Martinez reported:
HPD patrol officers responded to a shooting call at the above location and found Mr.’s Glover and Shrepee had been shot in the common area of the apartment complex. Further investigation determined both victims had gotten into an argument with several other people.
