RCMP Halifax District have identified the victim of yesterday’s fatal residential fire as 53-year-old Dorothy Graham of Middle Musquodoboit.
On April 14th at approximately 2:37 p.m. , RCMP, Department of Transportation, EHS and Dutch Settlement, Cooks Brook, Stewiake and Middle Musquodoboit Fire Departments responded to a call of a residential fire on the Higginsville Road, Middle Musquodoboit.
The body of Ms. Graham was discovered inside the residence.
An autopsy is scheduled for tomorrow in Halifax.
The investigation is continuing to determine the cause of fire however police do not believe foul play was involved.
