Earlier today, Codiac Regional RCMP was called to assist Correctional Service Canada in locating a 23-year-old man who is unlawfully at large after walking away from a civilian escort at around 9:15 a.m. on May 8, 2012 at the Greater Moncton International Airport.
Correctional Service Canada has issued a warrant for the arrest of Joshua Richard Whalen.
Whalen is described as caucasian, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighs 143 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes.
