West Hants driver dies in a fatal vehicle collision in Windsor, N.S.

Windsor District RCMP are investigating collision after one person is killed.

At approximately 8:40 p.m., on Saturday evening, RCMP responded to a collision on Highway 215 in Upper Burlington involving a motorcycle and an SUV.

The lone male driver of the motorcycle, a 40-year-old male from West Hants was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver and passenger of the SUV were transported to Hants Community Hospital where they were treated and released.

The name of the victim is being withheld pending notification of next of kin The cause of the crash is under investigation.
