On Tuesday, July 24, 2012, police arrested a man in connection with a child pornography investigation.
It is alleged that:
– between Friday, May 18, 2011 and Wednesday, July 11, 2012, the accused possessed child pornography at his home in Toronto
James McTurk, 77, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Possession of Child Pornography
2) Accessing Child Pornography
3) Importing Child Pornography Exploitation
He was scheduled to appear in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West, on Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at 10 a.m., room 306.
