The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.

Duane Montaque, 26, was last seen on Saturday, July 28, 2012 at 2 p.m., in The Albion Centre, in North Etobicoke.

He described as a black, 5’8″, 160 lbs., with short black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a dark long-sleeved shirt with a black vest over the top, white socks with white shoes and a blue baseball cap.

Update: He has the mental capacity of an eight-year-old.

Police are concerned for his safety.
