The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Chang Yang, 29, was last seen on Saturday, July 28, 2012, at 5:30 a.m., in the Keele Street/Finch Street area.
He is Taiwanese and is described as 5’6″, 120 lbs., brown/black straight hair with brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a white T-shirt.
Police are concerned for his safety.
