On Tuesday, August 7, 2012, at 5:46 p.m., police responded to a check address radio call to an apartment at 15 Sewell’s Road.
Police responded and located a woman, 29, with obvious signs of trauma. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the woman is not being released at this time.
A post-mortem examination is to be scheduled.
Peter Gulyas, 35, of Toronto, has been charged with Second Degree Murder.
He is scheduled to appear in court at 1911 Eglinton Avenue East on Wednesday, August 8, 2012, room 412, 10 a.m.
