The Ottawa Police Service Sexual Assault/Child Abuse Section is investigating the report of a suspicious incident that occurred on August 30, 2012 in the East End.
At approximately 8:30 pm, a 19-year-old woman was walking on Jeanne d’Arc Boulevard towards Highway 174 when she was inappropriately touched by a male who walked by her in the opposite direction.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-thirties, 5 feet 6 inches (168 centimeters), 180 lbs (82 kilograms), medium to dark blonde hair, heavy build and wearing a red short sleeve shirt and blue jeans.
