The Calgary Police Service is investigating a death after a house fire yesterday evening.
The fire was reported at approximately 9:30 p.m., in the 300 block of 25 Avenue S.W.
The Calgary Fire Department rescued three people from the roof of the building. Another man was found in the home, unconscious.
The man was transported to hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
This death is being treated as suspicious. The CPS Homicide Unit and Arson Unit are investigating.
An autopsy will likely be conducted today. No further details are available at this time.
