The Nova Scotia RCMP Internet Child Exploitation Unit have charged a Yarmouth man with Possession of Child Pornography.
On the morning on October 4th, a search warrant was executed on a residence in the town of Yarmouth for evidence of Child Pornography. As a result, five computers, two cameras, two cell phones, a video camera, numerous floppy disks and USB drives, and various paper documents were seized.
James Gordon McRae, 53-years-old, of Yarmouth has been subsequently charged with Possession of Child Pornography. His first court appearance is April 9th, 2013 at Yarmouth Provincial Court.
