On Tuesday, May 13, 2008, at about 8:30 p.m., a vehicle was travelling westbound on Eglinton Avenue East in the Bermondsey Road area.
Rehan Riaz, 21, of Toronto, was charged with:
1) two counts of Dangerous operation,
2) two counts of Criminal Negligence Causing Death,
3) two counts of Criminal Negligence Causing Bodily Harm,
4) two counts of Impaired Driving Causing Death,
5) two counts of Impaired Driving Causing Bodily Harm.
