On Thursday, November 1, 2012, the London Police Service Cyber Crime Unit arrested a 29-year-old London man after an Internet luring investigation that began in October. 

Charged with 2 counts of telecommunication with a person under 16 years of age for a criminal purpose, and make child pornography is Justin Moses.
