The Toronto Police Service is alerting the public to a sexual assault investigation.It is reported that:
– on Sunday, May 23, 2010, at 6 p.m., one woman in her 60s and one woman in her 90s were sexually assaulted in a long-term care facility in the north Etobicoke area.
The suspect is described as black, 6′, and 160 lbs. He was last seen wearing a green, striped, short-sleeved shirt with a collar, blue jeans and white running shoes.
UPDATE: A 14-year-old boy has been charged with:
1) two counts of Sexual Assault.
The name of the accused cannot be released under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
Since the accused is a Young Offender, the previously released security camera images were removed.
