The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Martin Neilly, 32, was last seen on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at 11:15 a.m., in the Bay Street/Richmond Street West area.
He is described as 5’11”, 220 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
Police are concerned for his safety.
