Xiao Wei and Bin Hao of Toronto charged with production of marijuana

 On Wednesday, June 9, 2010, 42 Division officers responded to a call for a kidnapping in the Brimley Road/Valdor Drive area.

It is alleged that:

– police located an active hydroponic marijuana grow operation, seizing 372 marijuana plants,

– police also located numerous caged dogs of various sizes and ages.

Xiao Wei, 28, and Bin Hao, 27, both of Toronto, have been charged with:

1) Produce Marijuana,
2) Possession for the Purpose Marijuana,
3) Theft of Electricity or Gas.

They were scheduled to appear in court at Old City Hall, on Friday, June 11, 2010, room 103, at 10 a.m.
