Toronto man Cyril Gayola faces three counts on sexual assault investigation

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.

It is alleged that:

– a five-year-old girl attended a home daycare at 92 Green Bush Road in the Steeles Avenue West/Yonge Street area

– on several occasions, the girl was sexually assaulted 

On Monday, February 25, 2013, Cyril Gayola, 24, of Toronto, was arrested.

He was charged with:

1) Forcible confinement
2) Sexual assault
3) Sexual interference

He appeared in court at 1000 Finch Avenue West on Tuesday, February 26, 10 a.m., courtroom 306.

Police believe there may be more victims.
