Durham Regional Police executed a search warrant at a Whitby residence yesterday as part of a child pornography investigation. 

On Thursday, February 28, 2013, members of the Internet Child Exploitation (ICE), Sexual Assault and E-crimes Units, and Central West Division executed a search warrant on Powell Road in Whitby, seized computer-related equipment and arrested one male. 

Jeffrey Rank, age 38 of Powell Road in Whitby, is charged with Accessing Child Pornography, Possession Child Pornography and Make Available Child Pornography.
