Investigators assigned to the HRP/RCMP Integrated Major Crime Unit have located what are believed to be the remains of Nadine Anne Taylor.

Earlier today, 12:15 p.m., investigators were taken to the location of the human remains by Steven Elliot Laffin.   The remains were located in the woods off Inletview Drive in East Chezzetcook. Investigators, forensic identification and the medical examiner office are currently on scene.

Nadine Taylor went missing on July 31, 2010 from her Halifax residence. Steven Elliot Laffin was arrested on September 21, 2010 and charged with her murder on October 27, 2010.  He is currently in custody for this homicide and his next appearance is March 7, 2013 in Halifax Provincial Court.
