The Toronto Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance locating a missing man.
Richard Bailey, 60, was last seen on Sunday, March 10, 2013, in the College Street/Euclid Avenue area.
He is described as white, 5’8′, 141 lbs., with short grey hair.
Police are concerned for his safety.
