Investigators from the 22 Division Criminal Investigation Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16 year old male.
Fernandez Moonias-Sainnawap was last seen at his residence on Owens Road, Brampton at approximately 11:20 p.m. on Tuesday, March 26, 2013.
Fernandez is described as male, aboriginal, 5’8” tall, medium build with dark black hair below his ears. He was last seen wearing dark jeans, a red long sleeve shirt with a black vest and a black and white jacket. He was wearing slippers when he was last seen. Fernandez is 16 but functions at the level of a 7 year-old.
Police and family members are concerned for the safety of Fernandez because of the age in which he functions.
Update: Fernandez was located in good health, and was reunited with his family.
