On Thursday, April 4, 2013, 22 Division officers arrested a man in connection with a sexual assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– between July 2010 and July 2011, the accused was working as a swimming instructor with Big Pete’s Swimming School and sexually assaulted a female employee on multiple occasions
Peter Thimio, 33, of Toronto, has been charged with:
1) Sexual interference
2) Invitation to sexual touching
3) Sexual assault
4) Sexual exploitation
5) Sexual assault
The accused is scheduled to appear in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West, on Monday, May 13, 2013, room 202, at 9 a.m.
Police believe there may be more victims.
