The body of a 61-year-old Fredericton man missing since December 2012 has been recovered from the Saint John River in Wickham, N.B.

Shortly after noon on April 8, 2013, Sussex RCMP were called by a local resident who discovered the body of John Arthur Crabbe of Fredericton in the river. Mr. Crabbe was reported missing to the Fredericton Police Force on December 17, 2012.

An autopsy was performed on April 9, 2013. Foul play is not suspected.
