Investigators with the York Regional Police #2 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking public assistance in locating a missing woman from the Town of Richmond Hill.

Daniella Niemczynowska-Sniegula, 83, was last seen at her residence near Yonge Street and Major MacKenzie Drive West on Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at approximately 7 p.m.

Police and Ms. Niemczynowska-Sniegula’s family are concerned for her well-being as she is currently under the care of a physician. It is unusual for her to be out of contact with her family and friends for an extended period of time.

Police believe Ms. Niemczynowska-Sniegula may attempt to make her way to Pearson International Airport in the City of Toronto.

She is described as:

– Female, white
– 83 years
– 5’2”, 99 lbs., thin build
– Brown eyes
– Grey and white hair, balding
– Believed to be wearing a black rain coat, black Nike running shoes and carrying an umbrella and green purse.

Update: Daniella Niemczynowska-Sniegula, 83, has been located and re-united with her family. She was found to be in good health.
